Program Description

The Stevens Finance bachelor's degree program provides students with a strong foundation in financial theory, income analysis and equity valuation while emphasizing the growing role of technology and analytics in the financial services industry. Students study topics including accounting, corporate finance, risk analysis, entrepreneurship and supply chain to develop the quantitative and analytical skills needed to evaluate complex financial challenges. Located just minutes from New York City's financial district, Stevens offers students unique opportunities to engage with industry professionals through internships, networking and experiential learning.

The curriculum integrates finance with economics, analytics and technology, preparing students to succeed in today's data-driven financial environment. The Stevens Finance major has been accepted into the CFA Institute University Affiliation Program and incorporates at least 70 percent of the CFA Candidate Body of Knowledge, helping prepare students for the CFA certification exam and positioning graduates for careers in wealth management, corporate finance, banking and financial analysis.
